Shipping Policy

 

Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order, AND 7 to 10 days for delivery of ground shipped packages.

Orders ship Monday - Friday for orders received before 1 p.m. PST, order received after 1 p.m. PST, will ship the next business day.

Orders requesting expedited shipping (overnight, 2nd or 3rd day air), will be shipped within 24 hours from the time of order receipt. 

Please note: Delays may occur which are out of our control such as delays due to carrier volume, weather conditions or product availability- which is not common, but may happen during holiday peak season.

Free shipping does not apply for CLEARANCE ITEMS/ OUTLET SALE nor further discounts. Any item on SALE does not include Free shipping. 

My order was damaged in shipment

Items that are shipped out from Blueridgehome.com are in new condition. If a package is delivered to you in damaged condition, you have the option of refusing delivery of a package with obvious damage. If you do receive a damaged package, please chat Blue Ridge by visiting BlueRidgeHome.com or send an email to customerservice@blueridgehome.com, we would appreciate pictures of the damage if it is possible as well.

We will contact the Freight Carrier and file a damage claim. Blue Ridge will arrange for the Freight Carrier to pick up the damaged package. Do save all boxes and packing material for inspection by the Freight Carrier. Once a damage claim is made and accepted with the Carrier, a claim number is generated and we will immediately work on re-processing the order for the lost or damaged items.

Please contact us when you need assistance in resolving a damage claim. We want this to be as painless as possible. These situations do happen, and we are experienced in resolving damage claims quickly and efficiently.

You sent me the wrong item

Again, this is not common, but from time to time it may happen - Please chat with us immediately at BlueRidgeHome.com or email us regarding any mistakes on your order. We need to hear about problems within 3 days of order receipt. It also helps us to maintain accurate inventory for all our customers.
