Return Policy

How do I return an item?

Please email our Customer Service Department at customerservice@blueridgehome.com. Let us know the Invoice Number and reason for return. You will then be given instructions how to complete the return.  Any returns without the proper return authorization will be refused.

  • You are responsible for return shipping charges. Blue Ridge Home cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in shipping.
  • If you paid by Credit Card, credit will be applied to the card used to place the original order. Please check the expiration date on the credit card originally used. If the card is expired, the credit will not process.
  • Please allow the usual banking time for refunds to appear on your credit card statement. Often this will be just a few days. 

Please note: A product must be registered online at Blueridgehome.com/product-warranty in order for it to be eligible for a return or exchange.

**Do not return any goods without the proper RA# provided by email to you – if you send without proper identification, the return will be refused.
