Why does your bed pillow get warm? Basically, the heat generated by your head (remember you’re 98.6 and the room is probably 20-30 degrees cooler) is absorbed by the pillow and it ultimately causes you sleep discomfort. Our proprietary cooling fabric keeps you cooler during the warmer summer months or perfect year-round if you’re warm sleeper. The other side of the pillow is a breathable 100% cotton cover which is great when it’s a little cooler outside, or if you tend to keep the thermostat turned down a few degrees (save energy!).

Care Instructions Natural

  • Please don’t wash your Down &. Feather filled products as this could cause the fill to leak.
  • It’s best to air outside on a nice summer day to refresh down and feathers.
  • Dry clean if necessary, spot clean recommended.
  • Use of duvet colors and pillow protectors is strongly recommended.

Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order, AND 7 to 10 days for delivery of ground shipped packages.

Orders ship Monday - Friday for orders received before 1 p.m. PST, order received after 1 p.m. PST, will ship the next business day.

Orders requesting expedited shipping (overnight, 2nd or 3rd day air), will be shipped within 24 hours from the time of order receipt. 

Please note: Delays may occur which are out of our control such as delays due to carrier volume, weather conditions or product availability- which is not common, but may happen during holiday peak season.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Blueridgehome.com will only accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase and original receipt must be provided as verification.

We will honor exchanges for like items, however, the restocking charge will apply as well as any shipping costs incurred to reship the exchanged item.

How do I return an item?

Please email our Customer Service Department at customerservice@blueridgehome.com. Let us know the Invoice Number and reason for return.   You will then be given instructions how to complete the return.  Any returns without the proper return authorization will be refused.

  • You are responsible for return shipping charges. Blue Ridge Home cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in shipping.
  • If you paid by Credit Card, credit will be applied to the card used to place the original order. Please check the expiration date on the credit card originally used. If the card is expired, the credit will not process.
  • Please allow the usual banking time for refunds to appear on your credit card statement. Often this will be just a few days.
