Care Instructions Alternative

 

  • Allow 48 hours for the product to regain its original fluffy loft and appearance.
  • Wash the comforter with the machine set to gentle or delicate cycle, using cold or warm water only, and gentle soap without additives.
  • Dry the comforter on low heat with a few tennis balls to plump it up. Use the fastest speed to take as much moisture out as possible.
  • Fabric softener is not recommended as it will coat the cover and reduce its fluff. Use non-chlorine bleach for whitening results.

Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order, AND 7 to 10 days for delivery of ground shipped packages.

Orders ship Monday - Friday for orders received before 1 p.m. PST, order received after 1 p.m. PST, will ship the next business day.

Orders requesting expedited shipping (overnight, 2nd or 3rd day air), will be shipped within 24 hours from the time of order receipt. 

Please note: Delays may occur which are out of our control such as delays due to carrier volume, weather conditions or product availability- which is not common, but may happen during holiday peak season.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Blueridgehome.com will only accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase and original receipt must be provided as verification.

We will honor exchanges for like items, however, the restocking charge will apply as well as any shipping costs incurred to reship the exchanged item.

How do I return an item?

Please email our Customer Service Department at customerservice@blueridgehome.com. Let us know the Invoice Number and reason for return.   You will then be given instructions how to complete the return.  Any returns without the proper return authorization will be refused.

  • You are responsible for return shipping charges. Blue Ridge Home cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in shipping.
  • If you paid by Credit Card, credit will be applied to the card used to place the original order. Please check the expiration date on the credit card originally used. If the card is expired, the credit will not process.
  • Please allow the usual banking time for refunds to appear on your credit card statement. Often this will be just a few days. 

Please note: A product must be registered online at Blueridgehome.com/product-warranty in order for it to be eligible for a return or exchange.

**Do not return any goods without the proper RA# provided by email to you – if you send without proper identification, the return will be refused
